Extend the Comment Period for this Malicious and Dangerous Proposed Regulation

This proposed regulation will have the effect of extending the dangerous and malicous regulation pushed upon Virginian's by Governor McAuliffe as an emergency regulation intended to avoid any public input before it could go in effect.  The given timeframe for comments ending at the end of January, 2016 was certainly chosen because it was a busy time for common Virginians due to the holidays and would likely be missed by many who are busy focusing on spending time with friends, neighbors, and family.  The comment period for this regulation should be extended to ensure that the Virginians affected by the Governor's spiteful regulation against them will have the time to see it and respond to it appropriately.  Laws and regulations negatively affecting the citizen's ability to defend their own and only lives should not be rushed!
