Uphold SCOTUS' Roe v. Wade ruling and refuse TRAP laws.

TRAP laws are a backhanded avenue being taken by certain conservatives in an effort to deny women the protections afforded in Roe v. Wade and circumvent the high court's ruling. Virginia should not engage in this flagrant disregard for individual freedoms, as that the Commonwealth has the priviledge and the honor of always being a staunch defender of personal freedoms over the demands of a minority to strip all Virginians of rights they disagree with.

This is not a motion being made out of concern for safety or women's health, it's a desperate measure being made by politicized religion attempting to deny religious freedom to all by making their religious beliefs into law to enforce on the majority. This makes for a dangerous time, as that the Commonwealth, and the Nation were designed to provide the equal opportunity for ALL to believe and abide by their own faiths, not the current trend of putting religion before being a Virginian and being an American. Women deserve the right to make their own choices in this matter, and not have them made for them by punishing those who have chosen to given women equal access to all facets of health care by running them out of business.

If this regluation is applied, then it must be applied to all outpatient clinics, all of the "doc in a box" facilites, and places that perform "medical functions" but are not a fully licensed and insured hospital. If the government of the Commonwealth is not prepared to pusnish all "non-hospitals" by enforcing the same code on them, then there should be no question that there should be no code enforcement made up to satisfy a few. Sic semper tyrannis, which includes those who would erode the rights of Virginians to push this selective agenda.
