These laws put an deliberately targeted and unfair burden on women's health clinics. If safety is truly a concern, why then are other outpatient surgery clinics, such as for dental and cosmetic procedures, exempt? That they are shows that what's truly behind these laws is ideology, and it's an ideology held only by a small minority in this state. Ideology has no place in women's health and access to necessary care. Please get rid of these TRAP laws!
