Being a parent of a special needs child is already very challenging. Affect our lives in every way, our jobs, minds, health, and stability. This is not just about receiving the money, but to provide personal care for our special needs children. My daughter is not able to speak, walk, eat by mouth, and much more, and she needs 24/7 care. This program allows us to be involved with her every day. 

I plead from the bottom of my heart please don't take away this blessing. I'm not speaking just for me and my family, but for all those wonderful families involved in the care of their special needs children.
