Hello,

Finding the right caregiver for respite is really really hard.

My son needs to take medication 6x a day, currently crushed up and mixed in yogurt.

Respite workers that are not RN can not do this and RN wont work intermittently for $16/hr!

Not to mention driving!

Please allow the Parents to be paid as caregivers. The cost of caregiving is crazy hard.

Or open more State Funded Respite centers, like Jill's House, where the children can be given the right care and parents can rest essy knowing their child is well taken care of.
