Hi whom it concern. I m us citizen, I am regulating deeply my heart. Please don’t stop consumer direct service. My daughter is totally dependent on me. I already lost my son couple of years ago. Sonia (my daughter) is my only child left. She is non verbal. I am only the person who can understand her needs. I tried couple of times to get the service from couple of the agencies. It didn’t work. My daughter has behaviour issues also. I hope you can understand the parents like us. God bless you.
