Please  do not replace CDCN by an agency. We parents know our children needs the best.It is is hard to find/keep caregivers since attendants hours changes.

Our children does better with us parents.I hired someone who end up stealing at my house while I was at work. This world is crazy.Most of our children are non verbal they can't explained if something goes wrong .

Please let us parents/ spouses be paid caregivers.
