consumer directed care has enabled families to provide loving and supportive care to children at all levels of disability.  When this is the best option for families to give in-home care to children who might otherwise be overlooked and left without services because they don't fit into a 'pigeon hole' diagnosis, why would taking this away even make sense to anyone.  Please don't move backwards on the care for children with special needs.
