No one knows family better than Family! Please continue to allow family to be attendants for Consumer Directed Care Services. The consumers are more at ease, less stressed, feel more comfortable, and get better care with family members taking care of them than having a stranger come into the home. Especially for mentally handicapped consumers who will have trouble adjusting to a knew schedule; possibly even acting out behaviors that have ceased. Please Think about the consumer you are affecting before acting in your own interests.
