Seeking details of what the 16 hours of approved education activties will look like

I see that in the proposed new legislation calls for the Licensing Board for Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors will (or have they?) develope the activities/specifications for  the 16 hours of contiuing education will look like or be. Have these been written? And if so, where could I see  view  them. In my opinion 16 hours of continuing education every two years is excessive. I guess it is to late at this point to reduce the number of required continuing credit hours. Thank you.
