If you create excessive regulations as to who is allowed to teach classes, you will create a get-rich atmosphere for those who are allowed to teach. (i.e. if a class costs $100 and there are 50 people in the class, that instructor gets $5,000 for a few hours work).

I propose you make it easy for those us us who have specialties to be allowed to teach others, create an atmosphere where licensed people would want to volunteer their time to teach others, Classes could be held in public places that would not cost money to reserve. A website could be set up with where and what classes are. Perhaps classes could even be taken over the internet.
