[REPEALED] General Relief Program - Deeming Income From Alien Sponsors

Chapter Information
Description | Any alien sponsored by a public or private agency or organization shall be ineligible for General Relief for a period of three years following entry unless the sponsored alien can provide documentation that the sponsor no longer exists or is unable to meet the alien’s needs. The regulation provides a formula for deeming income of the sponsor as well as exceptions to deeming the income. |
