Description The regulation establishes options available to localities in the delivery of General Relief benefits. Options include the amount of assistance available to unemployed employable individuals and unattached children, assistance units served, the amount of medical assistance, recipients using contracted pharmacies, extent of disability for eligibility, and amount of assistance for food and shelter.

Goals of Regulation Localities share in the cost of General Relief. The goal of this regulation is to provide parameters for the delivery of benefits under which localities may operate different program components, recognizing that the resources of each locality to provide assistance may differ.
