1. Maintain a highly skilled workforce to compete globally in a changing economy. 2. Provide a method of transition from school to work for high school graduates. 3. The protection of the public's health, safety, and welfare with the least possible cost and intrusiveness to the citizens and businesses of the Commonwealth. |
