Amendment to the UST Technical Standards and Corrective Action Requirements

Action Summary	Amendments to the regulation in response to a periodic review of the regulation. At a minimum the amendments will incorporate changes in the law and clarify that UST systems that missed the deadline for upgrade must be closed in accordance with the requirements of the regulation.
