General Information
Action Summary The intent of this final regulatory action is to amend language in the Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Regulations (9VAC25-840) to reflect changes made to the Code of Virginia (State Water Control Law) by the General Assembly through Chapter 497 (Senate Bill 1258) of the 2021 Special Session I Acts of Assembly.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
