This regulatory action is in compliance with Chapter 572 of the 2018 Acts of Assembly, which directs the State Board of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to promulgate regulations within 280 days to include ‘licensed behavior analyst’ (LBAs) in the definition of licensed mental health professional (LMHPs). |
