| Action Summary |
These regulatory changes will bring the Standards for Licensed Child Placing Agencies into conformity with changes made to §§ 63.2-1702 and 63.2-1707 of the Code of Virginia by the 2013 Session of the General Assembly (Chapters 182 and 545 of the 2013 Acts of Assembly).
Substantive changes were made to 22VAC40-131-40. The requirements for the licensee to give evidence of financial responsibility (subsection C of 22VAC40-131-40) and to develop a budget for an operation period of 12 months (subsection G of 22VAC40-131) were deleted from the regulation. The section was re-lettered as a result of these changes.
