General Information
Action Summary This rulemaking is proposed in order to reissue the existing VPDES general permit which expires on September 30, 2013. The general permit establishes limitations and monitoring requirements for point source discharges to state waters from concrete products facilities.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
