| Action Summary |
Regulations relating to the Nurse Licensure Compact have been amended to allow the board to license registered nurses and licensed practical nurses applicants who have had a license suspended, revoked or surrendered in another Compact state, if the nurse is eligible for reinstatement in that state but cannot be issued a license because she has moved to Virginia and Virginia is now her home state. |
