| Action Summary |
This action is intended to revise the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board's regulations governing qualifications and operating rules for retail licensees. It will provide a process for licensees to apply for approval for the employment of individuals with criminal records; allow farm wineries to allow 18 year olds to serve wine at counters and sell wine from containers of ice at wine festivals; simplify food sale requirements; simplify non-member use restrictions for clubs; clarify rules prohibiting lewd conduct on licensed premises; and allow advertising of drink specials. |
