I am concerned about the quality of Virginia's rivers as I am a fisherman, boater and conservationist.  I support the pending end user poultry regulation.  It is a known fact that big agriculture waste is a major contributor to our river & bay pollution.  I have witnessed the huge algae blooms and fish kills caused by the excessive nutrient runoff.  Stricter regulations are long overdue.
