I object to the proposed regulation that teachers aides under the age of 18 be supervised at all times.  The age demographic is needed to relieve fulltime teachers.  They bring high energy and enthusiasm to the classroom and allowing them to work in the school promotes the younger demographic to explore future careers in childcare.
