P"eTA started out with noble philosophy & important goals but have clearly lost their way & slid down the rabbit hole of insanity. P"e"TA fraudulently misleads their supporters - they espouse concern for animals & take the donations of animal lovers for the goal of saving animals, but use them to kill the animals they should be helping.

Once the respected leader in the movement to protect of animals from institutionalized abuse, Ingrid Newkirk (founder & head of P"e"TA), is now recognized as a psychopathic, two-faced, deceiving, fraudulent, remorseless animal killer.

P"e"TA insists they are only killing the sickest, most unworthy, unredeemable animals. How is it that these are the only animals brought to P"e"TA to be killed? Is there a sign on the door saying "No Healthy Adoptable Animals Allowed, Only The Sick, Dying Allowed"? Does P"e"TA turn away all the healthy adoptable animals brought to their "shelter"? How is it that it's set up this way? They have not adequately explained this.

Actually, P"e"TA has been caught LYING many times - they do not only kill the "gravely ill, injured, elderly, aggressive, or otherwise unadoptable" - P"e"TA KILLS ANY ANIMAL THEY CAN GET THEIR HANDS ON, including puppies, kittens, healthy & adoptable animals full of life & promise. Including rabbits, chickens, wildlife, stolen pets. This is NOT A "SERVICE". It's MADNESS.

Even "injured, elderly, aggressive, or otherwise unadoptable" animals deserve veterinary care, training/socialization, rehabilitation, & adoption to loving forever homes - ALL of which P"e"TA is well capable of providing with their MILLION$ of donated funds. Animals need care, rescue, veterinary attention, LOVE - NOT murder!

P"e"TA's FB page is full of twisted, misleading spin & full-on deceit/lies about this issue. P"e"TA cynically insists the bill would deny them the right to "CARE" for the "ANIMALS WHO NEED THEM MOST"! They seem to really believe the animals WANT DEATH & want P"e"TA to kill them. It just boggles the mind & insults the intelligence. I pity the gullible animal lovers who naively buy into their psychosis.

SO GLAD the bill passed & P"e"TA can no longer kill with impunity but will they be monitored? Will they find a loop hole? I'd like to attend a demolition party destroying their $30,000 ice box where they tossed the carcasses of thousands of trusting, betrayed companions.

Please - prohibit P"e"TA & any others who believe in murdering vulnerable animals & deceiving their supporters from enacting their twisted vision.  Protect Virginia's pets, farmed animals & wildlife from summary execution at the hands of this mad death cult.  There are humane solutions - No Kill, Spay/Neuter, Rescue/Adoption, Ban Breeding Mills - Now!
