I think it is a wonderful idea to make the shelters actually give animals a second chance at a new home. I truly hope this works out for some of the "so called aggressive breeds." Those dogs are looking for a loving home just like chihuahuas and poodles, especially pit bulls, such a loyal and loving breed. I truly hope it works out and helps animals everywhere to have a fighting chance at a warm and loving home forever.
