Govenor Kaine,

What makes you think you know better than the majority of Virginians who voted on the Marriage Amendment three years ago?  How will this be paid for when the state is already in a budget crisis?  We the taxpayers can't handle anymore debt which this will most surely end up causing. No matter what you say it will have to be paid for with money that apparently is not available and we all know what that means. You are trying to pander to a special interest group at the expense of our constitution and that is not acceptable.
