I OPPOSE THIS REGULATION!

1.  THIS SOLVES NOTHING!  Tell me when there has ever been a problem with a shooting in a state agency.

2.  CONCEALED PERMIT HOLDERS ARE THE MOST LAW-ABIDING SEGMENT OF SOCIETY.  Several times more so than the police.  Why are they being punished, other than blantant political pandering?

3.  VIRTUALLY EVERY MASS SHOOTING IN THE LAST 40 YEARS OCCURRED IN A GUN FREE ZONE!  The Orlando night club was a state-mandated gun free zone.  The San Bernadino terrorist attack took place under this very kind of regulation!  A municipal mandate, as opposed to a state mandate, but the very same bureaucratic short-sightedness, to be sure.

4.  GUNS UNATTENDED ON THE STREET!  State agencies hold a monopoly on their services.  There is nowhere else to go.  Carriers forced to do business there will have no choice but to LEAVE THEIR FIREARMS UNATTENDED IN THEIR VEHICLES!  One broken window, and an untraceable fiream is floating around on Virginia's streets.  How many of these are you prepared to take responsibility for?

DO NOT DO THIS!
