It matters who votes in this nation.  People who have not earned a place as a citizen should not be voting. Nor should those who have a right to vote be enabled to vote more than once.  No other country in the world allows non-citizens to vote.  And if you think our immigration laws are difficult, you need to see what othe counries require.  It should not be easy to become a citizen in any country.
