The proposed regulations targeting women's health clinics specifically, unilaterally, and without documented necessity are reminiscent of those aimed at discriminating against specific members of society in the past including African-Americans, Native Americans, and women, to name a few groups. This selective discrimination and prejudice has no place in an educated, fair, and just society or in Virginia law. Keep healthcare for all people, regardless of gender, available and affordable.
