Political regulations have no place in Virginia. Health decisions should be based on evidence and not politics.  These clinics should be grandfathered in.  Abortions are safely performed in Virginia. They are safer than many dental procedures and many cosmestic surgery procedures. Either apply these regulations to all like-providers (dental, cosmetic,etc.) or none.  Medical procedures should be between a doctor and a patient, not a politician.
