Please consider restricting the use of restraints on pregnant women.  I believe this is a reasonable practice to institute, and provides pregnant women with additional protection for their health during the critical time of pregnancy, delivery and post-partum recovery.  It also enables them to hold their babies, and bond with them, important to the lives of the babies and the mothers post-incarceration.
