Please know that I oppose Governor Kaines planned expansion of health care benefits as being fiscally unsound and a slippery last minute move to pass something that the voters in this Commonwealth have rejected.

Also please note that:

1) the proposal to expand health care benefits beyond marriage is a clear violation of the Constituion of Virginia; and

2) Such an expansion of benefits, despite claims by propronents, has to increase the cost of health insurance for the State and consequently, the taxpayer.
