Purpose of the meeting
A public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Water Quality Standards to designate portions of Little Stony Creek, Ragged Island Creek, Lake Drummond and 7 other waterbodies and Bottom Creek as Tier III, exceptional state waters. The public notice will be published in the Virginia Register and the public comment period will begin on July 12 and the public comment period closes on September 10, 2004.
