Purpose of legislation
The purpose of the legislation, which was passed by the General Assembly on March 19, 2015, adding §40.1-49.13, was to codify the VOSH Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). Subsection B. of §40.1-49.13 requires the Safety and Health Codes Board to adopt a VPP regulation.
