I think it is a good idea for the continuing education for license renewals. However, requiring only 3 hours every two years will not accomplish much. What can you learn in 3 hours? Not much! most States will require at least 10 hours and many require much more. many Maryland counties require 10 hours every two years and this allows the license holders to actually learn something. Va should increase the cont ed hours to ten.
