I just want to say that when the rules increases the problems increases too. We shouldn't confuse the people by creating too many rules.

This is a good thing.  I believe most all regulatory acts which aide in the safety and well being of those involved should be recieved with out resistance.  Such measures have been put in place in several other states and has been successful.  I hope all is well with this issue in our great state of Virginia.

It is important to the citizens to have the legislation periodicaly reviewed and adjusted as needed to fit the times.

Some legislation is no longer effective and needs to be revisited and rewritten with the new goal in mind.

Some just need to be removed and let die off. Good to see the elected doing what they are paid to do.
