VDOE Guidance Document for Senate Bill 1257

Thank you for VDOE's helpful supporting guidance for Senate Bill 1257.  I am pleased to see the inclusion of "Licensed Behavioral Analysts (LBAs) and Licensed Assistant Behavioral Analysts (LABAs)"  in the text describing professionals who may be employed or contracted by the school divisions to meet the 3:1000 student support ratio. For consistency, I would like to see Licensed Behavioral Analysts (LBAs) and Licensed Assistant Behavioral Analysts (LABAs) included in the bulleted list of professionals on page 2 of the document. This list is likely to be referred to by school divisions and should include all licensed personnel listed in the text of Code of Virginia 22.1-253.13:2 a , section O.
Thank you for your consideration of this feedback.
