This is an abrogation of the rights of parents and of your duty to provide a good education for our students. And as a reminder we pay for you to uphold this duty. These policies will lead to students and teachers being penalized by subjective and unenforceable rules that will only lead to confusion and create a toxic and litigious environment.
Even before COVID the Virginia education statistics were declining. Maybe instead of focusing on how to appease your liberal friends you consider how to help Virginia students improve in the core areas of math and science.
These policies are not rational and are not based on science. You are basically giving in to a minority hate mob at the expense of the children that you were put in place to protect.
