This policy is very concerning, and in violation of individual rights and the rights of family. You are in essence forcing staff and students to agree with your politics with no exceptions or accommodations for a student or teacher whose religious faith, conscience, or understanding of biology and sociology prevents them from being able to go along with the “transgender” ideology and policies. You are also undermining parental authority, by lying or withholding information from parents about their own children. Please reconsider your position on an ever changing cultural and political ideology norm. Focus on what your role as educators, or you might find yourself with a mass exodus from the public school system.
