impossible

Celltrak is very difficult for my employees to use.  It cuts out hours, sometimes does not allow for hours to be entered, and is generally difficult to figure out for anyone who is not totally tech savvy.  Aside from the fact that our employees are working for low pay with no benefits, this is just another reason that makes it very difficult to find and keep people to care for our son.  It seems to me that if you are going to mandate that we follow rules, you need to have a well-oiled system so that it is even possible to follow those rules.  Additionally, it is virtually impossible to contact the organization that manages our employees' pay when we have questions.

Limiting the workable hours to 40 a week has made it extremely difficult for my spouse and I to ever take a real break from being needed.  Hiring a "sub" that would fill in if we ever could get away would be impossible, because the sub would have to have already worked with our son in order to handle him during our absence.  We are lucky to find regular personnel, and they would be glad to put in some extra time so we could get away, but they can not because of the limited hours.
