You are giving healthcare and benefits to the EVV vendor industry, but not to caregivers

EVV (electronic visit verification) is based on false stereotypes that people with disabilities and seniors are helpless and home bound.  EVV "patient model" takes away the ability to live autonomous lives and experience constitutionally guaranteed freedoms that non-disabled individuals take for granted.  EVV forces the recipient and care workers to have movements, whereabouts, and very personal activities monitored and data collected.  This is based on some false model that this is a typical workplace scenario.  No.  This is caring for individuals who do not deserve to be tracked and treated like this.  Fraud at this level is not occurring in the numbers it has cost to put this system in place.  You have compromised the ability of individuals to find care givers willing to submit to this tracking in an already slim or nonexistent personnel supply.  You are giving health care and benefits to the people employed by the tracking system oversight but won't give increased pay or benefits to the caregivers.
