This is a nation wide problem through out of country. What will it take to finally meet the needs of those individuals who can not take care of themselves. When our daughter declined no facility for special needs would not take her because of her many health issues so to keep her local we chose a nursing home. This did not work either as nursing homes are famil6 with the needs of elderly but not so much a younger person with special needs. They too have many issues and short staffed. The pay is low and the job is hard and they have 12 to 16 or more patients to care for. We had her home for years but kept getting cuts in her hours of care per day. When parents can no longer do the care giving there are very few choses. We have a looming crisis in our country for the elderly and those special needs.

Don't take CDPA away from people too. Stop EVV.  All other services cost more.  EVV helps no one except technology companies acting like they can't get an app to work.
