People with disabilities have a constitutional right to live in our own homes and communities and make decisions about our lives, established in the Supreme Court ruling Olmstead v. LC.  That right is under attack from EVV.  I'm going to fight this till the end. The state has no right to track disabled Americans in their homes and community like this.  They certainly have no right to demand we use EVV or tie services to us using it.  The state is walking all over our rights.
