EVV violates privacy, sets up the consumer (Medicaid service recipient), and the fiscal agents for hacking or cell phone networks housing very important, confidential patient information.  The view of family members who protect their loved ones and their privacy is that Virginia has been nothing but shameless and irresponsible about forcing EVV on families and in their homes.  The mandate is counterproductive and counterintuitive particularly for caregivers who provide care within the family structure.  There is only room for first class treatment by the state of the disabled.  Any other level of treatment (which has been the case so far), is nothing more than despicable.
