they come to special needs activities min before they end.  unload everyone and then load them back at.  At Christmas time the community put on a special play at the local theater.  A group home came in 1 hour and 30 min after it started and about 8 min before it was over.   I used to go to chosen, they group home would actually show up after it had ended and wanted them to give the client pizza or something so they wouldn't have to feed them anything else.  Chosen is a local special needs church club.  I see them riding around on vans never getting out.  Or walking around Walmart not allowed to speak following some large women doing her own shopping.  Who yells at them if they say hi back to me, even if I have known them from special Olympics for 8 years before some CSB worker moved them into a group home and they aren't allowed to do special Olympics anymore .   Their lives seem so sad.  CDPA allows me to stay home.  EVV makes it impossible to do CDPA cause no one will take the job now.   Thank You Obama for hurting the disabled this way and having them tracked like felons.
