Large nursing agencies are refusing Medicaid Long Term Waiver cases altogether.  Maxim and Continuum are too. So, we are relegated to small ones, and many are not licensed for DD waivers.  This is a healthcare crisis.  These nursing agencies say DMAS is fraught with low pay rates, too many policy changes, red tape, evv, and paperwork and they can't be bothered with the problems.  Where are we consumers supposed to go?
