Telemedicine makes sense for Medicaid patients.  Telemedicine can help them establish more of a care relationship with a primary care physician.  Than using the emergency room for all medical needs.  This will help Medicaid patients in remote parts of Virginia to continue medical consults without having to travel 1-2 hours for medical care.
