As a patient who has used telemedicine, I greatly appreciate how having quick access on a remote basis is necessary for quality healthcare.

I feel the Commonwealth of Virginia should allow telemedicine for Medicaid patients as well.  This can improve their access to their doctor.  And, help many patients who live far from medical care, an option to use telemedicine.
