I support allowing a gender marker change on birth certificates. There are trans folks who are happy with their bodies and choose not to undergo a medical procedure. Others simply cannot afford a procedure. This should not be a prerequisite to change the marker on their birth certificate though. Gender is wired in your brain, not your body.
