I support the policy update. Trans Virginian's shouldn't have to pay 13-100k+ for surgical changes to get things updated, especially with the risks that come associated with a mish-mash of our gender markers on birth certificate and ID.

With all the other legal hoops and paperwork, simplifying this would make life easier than the stress-induced process it already currently is.
